    Mark Twain, whose real name was Samuel Clemens, was the celebrated author of several novels, including two major classics of American literature: The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Adventures of Born: Nov 30, Characteristics. Twain's narrative writing style belongs to what people call Southwestern humor. Katz picked 10 of Twain's best books. I doubt that having more than one edition of HUCK FINN listed will prevent it from heading the list of works by Twain. Respected scholars have referred to the work as THE ADVENTURES OF HUCKLEBERRY FINN, so I probably shouldn't have bothered to add an edition without "THE" in the title.
